Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
Couple of things regarding apparel: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact. And for socks and undies, packaging must be unopened. Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, not matching their description or failing to perform as described. Final Sale items include: gift cards and insoles.
Not your colour? Not to worry. Gifts can be returned within 30 days. Just head to the top for the free returns process with your order number. It’s on the shipping label or the back of the gift note (if you got one).
